Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after being processed. We are determined to get your order to you as quick as possible. However, delivery times may vary once the order leaves our hands and enters the shipping facility.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. We use PWE for lower value items, as well as bubble mailers. Anything $50 or more will be packaged in a small box. Any order exceeding $100 will require signature confirmation to ensure it reaches the intended party.

We will happily accept a return and refund you fully for any item as long as it is returned to us in the same condition it left out facility in. (Sealed product must have seal intact and singles must be in the same condition they were in when we shipped them.) Feel free to contact our Customer Service team to get help with any problems. If you have a problem with your item arriving with clear damage due to shipping please contact your local shipping service as well.
